  Wish I could give this place a lower rating!
  
  My friend and I are originally from San Diego and we are regular hookah lounge goers, seriously on the daily, as well as previous lounge employees. We walked in and waited by the front for roughly 7-8 min for someone to take our order and the girl working there was dressed very inappropriately and was unprofessional. She took our order while on the phone the entire time. After we sat down, the hookah took 2 minutes to come out which was alarming. The hookah looked and tasted burnt from the first puff as if someone else was previously smoking it. The employee did not check on us once and was nowhere to be found to tell her about the bad taste. There was another male employee sitting by the door and watched for all of the time we were waiting by the entrance and didn't get up to help once. There were 8 hookahs not being smoked and no one near them from customers that had already left before we got there. Another customer dropped his water by accident and she saw it happen and she brought over towels and made the customer cleaned it up himself all while she was on her phone the ENTIRE time. The bathroom door DOES NOT LOCK!!! We decided to leave after 25 min and when we went to the register to pay she was STILL on her phone and took our card and didn't even tell us the total bill amount. Moral of the story enter at your own risk!!!!

  The mint cucumber lemonade drink is SO good. It's a bit on the pricier side, but it's worth it.
  
  The service left something to be desired. I don't blame the server, I think she was the only one working there. But I think we might have been the only partier, or maybe one other group besides us for lunch, and everything was agonizingly slow. Almost no water the whole meal, and the food took a long time.
  
  The shawarma chicken was tasty, but a bit dry. I doused everything with a liberal amount of the garlic spread.

  My friend and I were looking for a nice place to relax, enjoy music, eat and smoke. I happened to try mirage a while ago and totally forgot about it so we decided to give it another shot and found that it's now owned by new people and I am sooooo glad that we did!!! This is now our new go to spot! This place totally deserves FIVE STARS for the INCREDIBLE customer service, the staff, the environment/ambience/vibe/great energy it provides, the food and ofcourse the hookah!
  
  Now let's talk about the absolute best staff and experience I have had. This isn't like the lounges down in Anaheim where you've gotta wait for 20 minutes just for someone to say hello and never have your charcoal on time. I've gotta say the new owners Samantha and Jacob truly know what they're doing. They've got the best staff, best deals on a daily, excellent music and good prices! Upon arrival the staff is so welcoming and always have suggestions for me for hookahs to try since I'm just so indecisive. The staff will just know what flavors to mix based on flavors I'm craving! They have amazing mixes and my hookah is made to perfection. Let's talk about how long it lasts and the charcoal service is bomb!
  Not only does this place have amazing hookahs they serve food too! So no need to go through drive through after a long smoke session.
  So now let's talk about my food cravings! if you're like me and enjoy eating and working on assignments, the chicken sherwma plate is delicious and comes with salad and rice. The portions are decent sized and very filling. The fries here are delicious and made to order. The cook also has this yummy delicious ice cream cookie sandwich. The cookies are baked freshly and made to order which puts BJ pizookies to shame.. seriously no joke it's the absolute best! I definitely recommend ordering food and dessert even if you're not big on smoking.
  
  By far this place is great for whatever environment you need. Regardless if you'd like to study/work and or have a good time with a girls night out! By far my regular go to spot! P.S Thursdays are girls night out! & happy hour is 3-8pm!

  Super friendly service.  The new owners really know their way around a hookah and go out of their way to make people feel welcome, and make suggestions if you don't know what to order.  The food is excellent, fresh, and nicely presented. Shout out to the chef!  I  enjoyed the chicken shawarma plate with fries and hummus - yum.
